I realise that many innovative and creative educators and learners are creating, or co-creating their Personal Learning Networks alone or with others and are partially or fully immersed into a diverse range of social, educational and learning networks or communities of practice.  The use of Web 2.0 and the recent Web 3.0 movement have started the creation of another wave of education and learning “transformation”.
